There are 1.7 cores people live in Mumbai. It is the city that never sleeps and there people are very fast. So it the symbol of Sprite Vibrant and Changing India. The people of Mumbai are Job oriented and Growth oriented. It is famous for it's Lip-Smacking food i.e Pau-Bhaji, Bara-Pau etc. In Mumbai there so many type of religions people are live, i.e Hinduism, Christianize, Jainism etc. The resident of Mumbai is called Mumbaikar and Bombay-ids.
The Mumbai Local Train plays the most significant role in Mumbai city. In this city most of people are use the Mumbai local train for travel one place to another. There are 75 lakhs people traveled everyday by local train. So that why is called, Mumbai Local Train Is "The Life Line Of Mumbai".
Mumbai city is also the birth place Bollywood. There are many Actor, Actress, Director and Producer are start their carer in this city. In city Every week on Friday movies are released. In this city there are many famous actor Amitabh Bachchan who is the Shahenshah of Bollywood, which he live in Mumbai and Shahrukh Khan who is Baadsha of Bollywood is also live in Mumbai. And the most popular singer Lata Mangeshkar, who is the "Nightingale of India " also live in Mumbai.
Mumbai is also the Financial Hub of India. There are many financial institution and money markets are situated in Mumbai such as BSE [Bombay Stock Exchange], NSE [National Stock Exchange], RBI [Reserve Bank Of India], SBI [State Bank Of India] and there are many commercial institution are in mumbai.
Mumbai city is also available huge of employment opportunities, So everyday twenty thousands of people are coming to Mumbai. It is also a tourist place. Every person dream they will come must at least once in their life, because many popular places are there like sea beach as Marin Drive [It is also know as Queen's Necklaces.], Juhoo Beaches, Many Museum, lot of Temple i.e Siddhivinayak Temple, Bombay Devi, Mahalaxmi, Lalbag Raja, Maa JivDani Temple etc .
Mumbai most recognized monument the Gateway of India, was constructed to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to the city. It was completed in 1920 and remains as a striking symbol of the British Raj era. The second one is Mahalaxmi Dhobi Ghat, Heritage Buildings and Haji Ali are also most attraction places.
Mumbai is also famous for many Business Tycoon i.e TATA, BRILA, RELIANCE etc.
